Anywhere is the name of the software used on the Flex devices. This article will explain how to enable a location to use Flex and how to use the Flex device.

Enable Flex for Employees and Locations
To be able to take orders on a mobile device, two things need to be configured in manager.bypassmobile.com before you can effectively log in.
1. Enable Portables in the Location settings.
- Navigate to POS Manager > Locations and click on the location you want to be portable.
- Scroll down to the Device Settings > Show Location in Portables Mode and toggle it active.

If operating an Event, for a Location to be available in Portables Mode, the Location must be assigned to the event created under Events > Events
2. Enable Anywhere access for each employee that will use a mobile device. Navigate to their Employee profile and make sure that the box for Anywhere and Portables is checked.
Logging Into Clover Sport
If you DON'T have an employee user card,
1. Tap Username to type your username.
2. Tap Password to type your password.
3. When you've finished typing your password, click the green arrow to log in.
If you DO have an employee user card,
On the bottom of the device, swipe the black magnetic strip of your user card from right to left.
Ordering Overview
After logging into Clover Sport, you will land on the Orders Screen. Please note that there are two operating modes: Ordering Mode and Portables Mode.
Switch to the mode you need by navigating to the three-dot menu and clicking the correct mode.
- Switch to Portables (mode) - Used for ordering without needing a service location at a concession stand or portable.

Switch to Ordering (mode) - Used for service locations such as in-seat ordering in a section of an arena or stadium, table service at a restaurant, or a suite or premium area.
The Orders Screen will act as the home page. When you press the circle button, you will be brought to the Orders Screen.
Tap on any order to get more information on it. On the order summary page, you can refund line items, reprint the receipt, and reassign the order to another order taker.
Additional Settings
Settings - Opens device Settings where you can edit your current portables location or set a default location for the device.
Devices - Can configure a customer-facing display.
Switch to Portables/Ordering:
-Portables (mode) - Used for ordering without needing a service location at a concession stand or portable.
-Ordering (mode) - Used for service locations such as in-seat ordering in a section of an arena or stadium, table service at a restaurant, or a suite or premium area.
Time Clock - This is a deprecated feature that is no longer in use.
Logout - Returns the device to the login screen.
Create an Order
When you tap the new order button, you will be brought to the Menu Screen. From here, you can add items to the cart manually or via scanning and proceed to the checkout window.
Various Menu Categories can be navigated by swiping left or right. They are displayed in Alphabetical Order unless you change their position number under Categorization > Menu Categories.
Open Price Items
To add an Open Price Item (an item in which the price changes regularly) to the cart,
1. Tap on it.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Click Submit.
If you'd like to change the price afterwards, please remove the item from the cart and re-add with the correct price.
Modifiers:
Items with modifiers will display a window after you tap on them.
1. Tap on the desired modifiers. A black checkmark indicates it has been selected.fi
2. Tap Add to Order.
- Required modifiers will require you to select a modifier before clicking Add to Order.
- Modifiers that are not required will allow you to click Add to Order without selecting a modifier from the list.
If you have multiple items with modifiers on them, you can see them in the cart.
Checkout
1. Tap Cart to proceed to the checkout screen.
2. If applicable, apply any discounts, gratuities, or Loyalty to the order.
3. Tap the appropriate payment method.
- Tap Credit if using a credit or debit card or Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
4. Depending on your location settings, the Customer may be prompted to tip. After tipping or skipping the tip screen, they will insert, swipe, or tap to pay.
5. Once customer has paid, tap Continue to take a new order.
Click on View Details before choosing a payment option to confirm the subtotal and tax on the order.
