Any changes made in Manager while your Flex devices are logged in will require your devices to be reloaded to reflect changes. To reload your Flex, follow these steps:
1. Hit the home button on the Flex to navigate back to the home page. Hit the 3 white dots in the top right corner.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Hit the green Reload Settings button.
4. Your Flex will pop up a screen with a reloading message. Once this finishes it will bring you back to your Orders page so you know the reload is complete.
Note: If an employee tries to edit settings, they may be prompted to enter a PIN number. This is due to your role settings. To learn more about roles, click here.
