You can now allow customers to Donate to a Charity of your choice on every transaction. This new feature will prompt customers at the checkout screen on whether they would like to Round Up their order total to the next dollar and donate that amount to your specified Charity Donation. Here is how it works:

Manager Portal: Configure your Charity Donation in your Venue
To create your Charities, navigate over to Configuration > Order Adjustments > Donations
Here, you will see the option to Create your Donations by simply naming them. You have the option of creating multiple Donations to apply to one or more Locations simultaneously or just creating one for your entire Venue.
NOTE: Only Credit Card orders made using Access support the Donations feature.

Now that you have created your Donations it is time to assign them to your Venue and/or Locations
If you are assigning just one Charity for your entire Venue, navigate to Configuration > Categorization > General Settings
Here, you can choose the Donation you've already created and set it as your Venue Default under the Donations section.
NOTE: If you assign the Donation as your Venue Default, all Locations will use that Donation by default unless overridden in the Location settings. Please see the link below for more info.
Manager Portal: Assign your Charity Donations to your Locations (Multiple Charities)
If you are assigning just multiple Charities across your Locations (only one per Location), navigate to POS Manager > Locations
Here, you can navigate to each of your Locations and designate the desired Charity Donation for each one by choosing the Location and assigning the correct Donation under Order Adjustments > Donations and saving that setting.
Cashier/Customer Workflow
Once all the Manager Portal settings are complete, you will see the Donations feature work automatically the next time you login to your device or reload the current session. There are no additional steps needed by the cashier, as the system will prompt the customer for a Donation during checkout of each transaction:
