Bypass Manager offers a convenient way to see the Status of your inventory for all of your Locations.
You can view this information by navigating to Inventory > Status within Bypass Manager.

Inventory Status for All Locations
Viewing the Inventory Status for all locations will provide details on the overall percent of par Stock Items are at all Locations including their total counts.
To speed up the process of creating a Transfer Request, you can also use the Par and Transfer links on this page to fill in fields and Stock Items on a New Transfer Request automatically.

Bring a Location to Par
If a location is under par and you would like to resupply the location, you can bring a location to par.
Bringing a location to par is a great way to quickly and effectively transfer the necessary amount of items required to a location before an event. You can bring a single location to par or bring multiple locations to par. In addition to that, you can bring locations to a percentage of par.

Single Location
- From the Inventory Status screen, click the link Bring to Par to the right of a location.
- In the Select Source dialog, select the location from which the items will come from.
- If you need more or less than par, enter the percentage amount into the Percentage of Par field.
- Click the Create Transfer button to start creating the request.
- The New Transfer page will be opened with fields and Stock Items automatically filled in.
- Continue following the steps outlined in the article Performing Inventory Transfers to finish creating the Transfer
Multiple Locations
- From the Inventory Status screen, click the checkboxes next to the Locations you wish to bring to Par.
- Click the Actions menu in the upper-left.
- Click Bring to Par in the menu that appears.
- If you need more or less than par, enter the percentage amount into the Percentage of Par field.
- Click the Request Transfer button to create the request.
Transfer Stock Items into a Location
- In the list of Locations on the Status page, click the Transfer In link to the right of a Location.
- The New Transfer page will be opened with the Destination field automatically filled into the selected Location.
- Continue following the steps outlined in the article Performing Inventory Transfers to finish creating the Transfer.
Transfer Stock Items out of a Location
- In the list of Locations on the Status page, click the Transfer In link to the right of a Location.
- The New Transfer page will be opened with the Source field automatically filled into the selected Location.

Inventory Status at a Single Location
To view more detailed Status information for a location, click the location's name in the list.
To return to the list of all Locations, click the Back to All Locations button in the upper-right.
Creating a Storage Area
To make your audit reports and transfers more organized and efficient, you can use Storage Areas to "tag" the location of your stock items at your location
To create a Storage Area
- When viewing the inventory status of a Location, click the Create Storage Area button at the top.

In the Create Storage Areas Tags dialog that appears, type in the name of the storage area and press Enter on your keyboard.
- To add more than one storage area, after typing in the name of a storage area, press Comma (,) or Enter on your keyboard to start adding another storage area name.
- Once the storage area name(s) has been entered, press the Save button.
Assigning a Storage Area to a Single Stock Item
To add a Storage Area to a Stock Item

When viewing the inventory status of Stock Items at a Location, click the Pencil icon to the right of the item name in the Storage Area column.
- If a Create link is displayed instead, you have not created any Storage Areas yet.
- Click the drop-down menu to select a storage area or type into the field provided to search for a storage area.
- After selecting a storage area, click the green Checkmark icon to save the changes.
Assigning a Storage Area to Multiple Stock Items
If multiple Stock Items are going to be stored in the same Storage Area, you can select those items and assign a Storage Area to the selected items at the same time.
- When viewing the inventory status of Stock Items at a Location, select the Stock Item(s) to waste using the checkboxes to the left of the Stock Item names.
- Click the Actions menu in the upper-left of the list.
- Click Assign Storage Area in the menu that appears.
- In the dialog that appears, select a Storage Area from the drop-down menu.
- Once selected, click the Save button to assign the Storage Area to the selected items.
Setting the Par Level for a Single Stock Item at a Location
It may be valuable to keep an ideal number of an item in your inventory at a specific location. To do this, you can set the Par for items.
- When viewing the inventory status of Stock Items at a Location, click the Pencil icon to the right of a stock item.
- In the left field, enter the minimum quantity of the item to be held at that location.
- Select the Unit of Measure in the right field for that item.
- Click the Plus icon to save the changes.
Setting the Par Level for All Stock Items at a Location
To set the Par amounts for all Stock Items at a Location in mass, you can use the Edit All Pars button at the top of the Par column.
- When viewing the inventory status of Stock Items at a Location, click the Edit All Pars button at the top of the Par column.
- In the left field, enter the minimum quantity of each item to be held at that location.
- Select the Unit of Measure in the right field for each item.
- Once all Par levels have been set, click the Save All Pars button at the top of the column.
Waste a Stock Item
If you are needing to waste stock for multiple stock items at once, follow the steps below.
- Select the Stock Item(s) to waste using the checkboxes to the left of the Stock Item names.
- Click the Actions menu in the upper-left of the list.
- Click Waste Items in the menu that appears.
- In the dialog that appears, enter the count of items wasted into the Waste Count column.
- After all counts have been entered, click the Waste Stock Items button.
