Station Duo devices can be used in Offline Mode if a network outage does occur. Once in Offline Mode, you can still take orders and payments on credit as normal, but payments will not sync until the device is back online. For more information on Offline Mode, please visit this article.

Identifying Offline Mode on the Station Duo
When the Station Duo is offline, the online toggle is switched to the right side and changes from green to red. You may also notice that the device will no longer allow you to Reload or Log Out.
While taking orders in Offline Mode, the Unsynced Orders indicator will display the number of offline orders in red.
A cashier or manager (with the appropriate role permissions) can manually toggle Offline Mode using the switch at the top of the screen. Once the device is manually set to offline, it will remain in Offline Mode until the cashier or manager toggles it back online. The Duo will also automatically go into Offline Mode if the network connection is lost.

While on the Register screen any orders that are taken while in Offline Mode are displayed in red next to the orders button.
Logging Out With Unsynced Orders
Offline Mode and any unsynced orders on the device will prevent the user from logging out. When a user attempts to log out with unsynced orders, Clover Sport will display an error message stating You have X offline order(s) in your queue. Press 'OK' to continue. Pressing OK will take you to the Orders page to sync the orders.
How to Sync Offline Orders
To sync pending Offline Orders tap on the Orders button (you can also navigate to the Orders page from the home screen by tapping Orders).
Once you have reconnected to a network with an internet connection, you can sync offline orders by tapping the green Sync button.
Once all orders have synced those orders will display in the Completed Orders section.
