What's changing?
The Bypass logo will be replaced with the Clover and Clover Sport logos. The general brand design–font, colors, imagery–will transition to the Clover brand.
Will this brand update impact Manager, Access, or Anywhere?
Functionality and user interfaces will not change on Manager, Access, or Anywhere. The logos will transition from Bypass to Clover and Clover Sport.
Will access to Clover Sport Help and Implementation teams change?
No. You’ll have the same access to the product specialists for installations, event support, and troubleshooting any issues you may encounter.
Why Clover Sport?
Clover has been a close partner to Bypass for years, and the brand customers recognize at the point of sale. Moving under Clover simplifies the brand story, and more importantly, encourages greater collaboration between teams.
Yet, our solution set is distinct from Clover–including features, partners, support, etc.–and requires its own name. The word "sport" clearly nods to our sporting venue clients, but also elicits the "sport version" in our offering: fast, tough, flexible, and powerful.
Is Clover Sport only for venues that host sporting events?
No, Clover Sport will continue to support clients in the Sports and Entertainment, Foodservice Management, and Quick-Service Restaurant industries.
Why the name change?
This move will further the integration of Bypass into the Fiserv / Clover organization from a brand perspective and promotion of greater collaboration among teams.
