Occasionally it might benefit your troubleshooting steps to reload settings on the sales terminal. If any updates or changes are made reloading your terminal settings can push those updates.

Step by step guide
To reload your terminal settings navigate to the Home Screen on the Sales Terminal.
Tap the Reload button in the top right. The terminal will download any updates so this process may take a moment.
Once the reload is complete you will see a Settings Reloaded button in the top right.
