When a payment device is offline, it will store credit card authorizations until it regains an internet connection. This guide will explain how to access the Transactions app to manually sync them, as well as how to bring your device back online.

Accessing the Transactions App
When logging out of Bypass, you may see this alert appear on your terminal. Its purpose is to communicate that you have offline payments on your Customer-facing Display.
Quickly tap all four corners of the Mini’s touch screen to break out of the USB or Network Pay Display application to begin.
Enter your device pin code (the default is four zeros) if you see the Clover lock screen next.
Locate the “Transactions” application in the Clover launch screen and tap it. You may need to swipe through some pages as indicated at the bottom of the screen first.
Once the Transactions app is opened, you may notice green checkmarks, yellow dots, and red x's.
Green checkmarks: the payment was processed through the gateway and successfully received.
Red x's: the payment was taken while the Mini was offline. Then, when the connection was restored, processing through the gateway returned a failed status.
Yellow dots: the payment is currently offline. The Mini will need to be online for it to reach your gateway.
Bringing Your Mini Back Online
You will need to restore the internet connection before pending payments can be completed.
Drag down from the top right corner of the screen and select the cogwheel from the menu.
Select Network & Internet, then ensure only Wi-fi or Ethernet are toggled on. Running with both is unsupported as the connection will drop while they trade the internet signal.

Syncing in the Transactions App
ap the two arrows in the top-right corner of the screen to manually begin. Often, this will automatically start when your connection is restored.
Return to the Clover Launcher by tapping the back arrow on the bottom of your screen once the pending orders have become either a green checkmark or a red x.
Select either USB or Network Pay Display to return to taking credit card payments. Look for these icons.
