If you're seeing this alert on your Access terminal, you have offline payments on your Mini Customer-Facing Display. This article is a photo guide to syncing these payments from your device.
To sync these offline payments you will need to tap all four corners of the Mini’s touch screen in quick succession to break out of the USB or Network Pay Display application.
If you see the Clover lock screen next, enter your device pin code (the default is four zeros).
You are now on the Clover Launch screen. Locate the “Transactions” application and select it. You may need to swipe through some pages as indicated at the bottom of the screen.
Are there yellow dots next to the listed transactions? These are payments that have not yet synced.
If your screen also displays “Offline”, you will need to restore internet connection before the sync can be successfully completed.
Drag down from the top right corner of the screen and select the cogwheel from the dropdown menu.
After selecting Network & Internet, please ensure only Wi-fi or Ethernet are toggled on. Running with both is unsupported as the connection will drop as they trade the internet signal.
*If you cannot restore internet connection via toggling Wi-fi or Ethernet here, we advise contacting a network specialist or Bypass Support to further assist you.
If the orders do not sync automatically, you can tap the two arrows in the top-right corner of the screen to manually begin.
Return to the Clover Launcher by tapping the back arrow on the bottom of your screen.
Select either USB or Network Pay Display to return to taking credit card payments. Look for these icons.
