If there are common options you would like to set for every Location at your venue, you have the ability to set Venue Defaults.

To set these defaults, head to Configuration > General Settings in Bypass Manager.
Setting the default values for all locations at your venue.

The General Settings section provides access to basic settings that are applied to every location.
Setting the default Surcharges and Gratuity for all locations
|Surcharge Group||Surcharge fees automatically applied to every order at every location.

|Gratuity||Gratuity adjustment to automatically apply to every order at every location.

Bypass allows a venue to create groupings of discount offerings. These discounts can also be tracked in reports.
Setting the default Discount options for a venue
|Discount Group||Discount Group available to Locations that Employees can apply to items or the entire order.

|Custom Discounts||Allow or do not allow Employees to apply a custom discount to items or the order at a Location.|
|Manager PIN to apply all Discounts types||Require or don't require a Manager to enter their PIN to apply any discount to a transaction at a Location.|
|Validate loyalty cards to apply promotions||Allow customers to use loyalty cards to apply promotions.|
If your venue has purchased the Premium add-on for Bypass, additional options related to Suites will be made available.

|Customer Preorder Cut Off Time||Amount of time before an event customers are able to submit preorders through the suites customer portal.|
