The Bypass Support Center is the home of the knowledge base for Bypass products/services and managing your tickets with our support team.

The Support Center comprises of two main areas: the knowledge base and tickets.
Using the Knowledge Base
Bypass has tons of articles to browse through.
When you navigate to the knowledge base, you will see high-level topics with their related articles. You can either browse through the articles or use the search bar.
- Submit a request - Submit a ticket to our support team to report an issue or ask a question.
- Manage your activities - View the status of all your submitted tickets and manage topics followed in the knowledge base.
Submitting a Ticket
To submit a ticket to our support team, click the Submit a request link at the top of the Support Center.
When submitting a ticket, we ask that you be as detailed as possible. The more information you can provide about your issue or questions, the better our team will be able to assist you.
As you are typing the subject of your ticket, a list of suggested articles will be displayed below it.
If the suggested articles do not provide the answer needed, fill out a detailed description of your issues in the Description field.
Additional fields will be displayed depending on the reason you are contacting support (question, issue, etc.). Fields displaying a red asterisk (*) are required to submit the form.
When all required fields have been filled out, click on the Submit button.
To check on the status of your ticket once it has been submitted, click on the Profile icon in the upper-right of the site and then click My activities.
For extremely urgent issues, please call Bypass Support at 512-291-6192 Option 1.
