After your event is created and bookings are made we can prepare for our events by utilizing the Action button inside of the Bookings section of Bypass. Let's start by navigating to Premium > Bookings.
As you get closer and closer to your event your bookings page will start to fill out with any bookings that have been made. You can use the Actions button to perform a couple of different actions. These actions affect any bookings that are checked.
Suite Setup Report
Print this report to see all the information about your pre-order in PDF form. This will include; customer information, menu items, recipes, pre-order notes, and account notes.
Pre-Order Notes Report
A collection of all notes in CSV file, from each Suites Pre-Order that you have selected. This includes both pre-order notes and account notes.
A production guide will be printed with a list of all Stock Items that are part of your pre-order based on the Menu Items that you added. It will also list each Menu Item with its Recipe.
This printout will allow you to print sticker labels (Avery 8160) for use in Suites Pre-Order prep and delivery.
Converts pre-orders into actual orders that can be accessed by a register associated with that location.
Removes this booking opening the suite to be booked again.
