Bypass now has intelligent print management with Print Spooling to ensure that orders are never lost. If your system has printer issues and cannot complete a print job then after 2 minutes the print job will be added to the print queue. Once a job is added to the print queue then all jobs submitted will be added to the queue however the printer will not attempt to print until the user issues a retry. To manage the print queue you can tap on the three dots from the register page and tap Devices.
Attempt to troubleshoot the printer if you have issues retrying the print job. Check the following components:
- Replace or re-feed the printer paper in the printer.
- Verify that the cables are still connected to the printer.
- Verify that the network is running.
